Transforming the Supply Chain with a Circular Economy Model

A Sustainable Approach to Reducing Waste and Maximizing Efficiency

At CLCircular, we believe that real-time visibility shouldn’t be a luxury but an essential tool accessible to all supply chain stakeholders. Through our circular model, we make this possible by providing reusable sensors that not only reduce electronic waste but also offer an affordable path to sustainable, data-driven decision-making.

Our circular model relies on collaboration between various supply chain agents, who each play a role in the lifecycle of our sensors. By participating in this shared, sustainable process, our clients gain access to real-time monitoring at a fraction of the traditional cost.

Activate and Attach

First, our customers attach the sensor to the cargo. No extra wiring is needed, as CLCircular sensors have their own battery.

We provide a bag and fluorescent sticker for easy installation.

Reuse

Sensors will be returned to CLCircular’s facilities, where they undergo quality checks, battery recharging, and reset.

Once ready, they’ll be sent out to the next origin!

Monitor

During the journey, sensors will record 24/7 data and send the information to the platform via 2G or 5G when available. Custom alarms can be set to monitor the cargo more effectively to prevent losses.

Recover

Upon arrival, once multiple sensors are collected at the destination, CLCircular will arrange a pick-up via UPS, FEDEX, DHL

A Collaborative, Cost-Effective Solution

Our circular model isn’t just about reusing sensors; it’s about bringing supply chain partners together.

By collaborating with transporters, logistics providers, and recovery partners, we create a closed-loop process that maximizes efficiency and minimizes costs. This shared responsibility makes it possible for our clients to benefit from real-time data without incurring the high costs of sensor ownership.

Environmental and Social Impact

Our approach directly addresses the environmental challenges of supply chain monitoring.

By reducing electronic waste, cutting down CO₂ emissions, and extending the lifespan of each sensor, our model makes a tangible contribution to environmental sustainability. Every recovered sensor saves resources, lowers environmental impact, and supports our clients in meeting their own sustainability goals.

Accessible real-time monitoring

Thanks to our circular model, real-time monitoring becomes an accessible tool, not just an expensive add-on.

Our clients gain insights into cargo conditions, location, and potential risks, enabling proactive management and reduction of cargo losses. This accessibility empowers businesses of all sizes to make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and reduce losses.

Sustainability Beyond Waste Reduction

The benefits of real-time monitoring extend beyond reducing cargo losses.

By optimizing routes, minimizing delays, and preventing spoilage, our clients significantly reduce their environmental footprint. Real-time data helps companies prevent spoilage and delays, saving both resources and emissions.

Core Benefits of Real-Time Data

Our platform offers full visibility across the entire journey of cargo. This data enables clients to:

- Resolve Issues Quickly: Immediate access to data helps address and prevent disruptions.
- Set Custom Alerts: Proactive notifications allow early intervention before problems escalate.
- Enhance Operational Efficiency: The data-driven insights from our platform allow clients to continuously optimize their logistics for both cost savings and sustainability. The benefits of real-time monitoring extend beyond reducing cargo losses.
